With the first batch of Perceptions now delivered, it’s been thrilling to see our watch being worn so proudly on so many wrists, and we know how eager many more of you are to get your hands on the piece. We are therefore excited to publicly announce, for the very first time, both the creation of our Perception reservation list, as well as a new WhatsApp community!
How to secure your Perception: An overview
We have emphasised from the start that the core Perception line is not a limited edition. Instead, since the handmade guilloché dials require significant time to craft, it is one limited only by our production capacity. This remains entirely true, and we are committed to giving as many of you as possible the chance to experience the watches despite the volume constraints.
In order to facilitate this, we have set up a reservation form for all upcoming and subsequent production batches. This format allows you to guarantee yourself a piece without having to deal with hectic purchase windows, and helps us ensure that our watches go to real collectors who will sincerely appreciate them. There is no deposit to be placed, as we want the experience to be as pleasant as possible. We trust that you will put your name up on the list with sincerity and the responsibility that guardianship of this special piece entails.

There will be two further production batches for 缥 (Piao), 影 (Ying) and 霞 (Xia) this year; one within the next 2 months which is already fully spoken-for and one more in December that is filling up fast. The next batch beyond these will arrive in Fall 2024.
The process to secure an allocation is extremely simple and will proceed as follows:
1. The reservation form is filled by you.
2. We will reach out within 7 days to confirm your reservation.
3. Approximately 3 weeks before your watch is ready to ship, we will contact you to finalise the purchase.
4. Your watch will be shipped and you will join the proud family of Perception owners!
Our growing community finds a bigger home!
As the interest in our brand ramps up, we’ve thought long and hard about how best to continue engaging with the community whilst maintaining an efficient flow of communication for any official news regarding the brand. While our WhatsApp groups sufficed for a time, formal communication on them became a problem as more and more members joined and we received the occasional feedback that some of the information in the groups was getting lost in the enthusiastic bustle of discussions. As such, in addition to these journal updates and the newsletters that we send out, we have also decided to launch a WhatsApp community for all fans and customers of the brand to connect with both ourselves and each other. With both a discussion room, as well as an official announcement channel for the latest updates on all things Atelier Wen, this new feature of the platform allows us to maintain the flow of information via the announcements, whilst still cultivating a vibrant culture of friendly interaction with your likeminded peers in the discussion room.
